When did my love for seafood begin? Well, if you were a kid of the '90s, you might have heard about the restaurant with singing cooks and waiters called Ihaw-Ihaw Kalde-Kaldero at Kawa-Kawali which was located along Quezon Avenue. I looked forward to every visit which exposed me to seafood dishes at a young age. Undoubtedly, those experiences are also among my happy childhood memories.
