Our Family Goes to Boracay

This is my favorite month so far, with a lot of reasons to celebrate. Our son and I have the same birth month and for today's blog post, let's talk about his first flight - to Caticlan that is!

Why that face? Is it because the wind messed up your hair baby? Haha

Since we traveled with a baby and my parents who are senior citizens, I picked Fairways and Bluewater for our hotel. They have nice reviews and our stay just proved that their food, rooms, staff, and pools are really good. There is a 24-hour shuttle service that brings guests to and from several amenities. This is the garden view from our room. 

Baby is ready with his swimming outfit! He watched TV while waiting. Oops, did he really watch, or focus on the remote control instead?

Baby loves playing on the grass with his papa, who was then thinking of where to buy Coke. Hahaha

Fairways and Bluewater gives guests access to the private beach which I loved. We were blessed with a fine weather even when it was rainy on the days we arrived and left.

We rode an e-trike to D Mall at Station 2. The fare was just 150 pesos for all of us (4 adults and 1 baby). This is where we had lunch and took an afternoon stroll.

I booked a transfer service in advance so we didn't have to worry about getting to the hotel from the airport, terminal fee, environmental fee, and going back to the airport. Island Star was reliable and gives good value for money, no wonder people recommend them.

Finally, while waiting to get off the plane in Manila, baby mingled with the ladies. Didn't know until his papa showed me these photos. Lol
