The usual drill:
1. Log on to the fast food restaurant website by using a code on the receipt.
2. Answer the online survey about the food quality, service, and appearance of the restaurant branch.
3. After completing the survey, note the validation code on the receipt.
4. Present the receipt on your next visit to claim the freebie.
