Upo Recipe

This summer, I can’t help but to get inip inside our bahay that’s why I decided to make gisa some of the upo stored in our ref. This is so easy.
* Make talop the kalahati of the upo. My mom cuts it crosswise. Make strips. Set aside.
* On a frying kawali, heat some mantika then put bawang, onion, then kamatis. One moment please.
* Ilagay mo na ang meat giniling that you bought for 20 pesoses from the palengke. Wait ‘til it’s namumuti na.
* Add one glass of water for a tasty sabaw.

Sa paghahain, it would be masarap if you’ll pair this with Gigi (galunggong). Yumyum… By the way, wala si mamaw ngayon; nasa Muñoz dahil nagpabili ako ng favorite tahong. Napanood mo ba yun?
