Our Staycation at Shore Residences MOA

For the past long weekend, we booked a 1-bedroom condo unit at Shore Residences through Agoda. I would rate this place 4/5 and here's why.

The good things:
The room is well-maintained. It looked and smelled clean. Everything was working (fridge, stove, A/C, and WiFi) except for the microwave oven. The temperature was perfect.

What can be improved:
We had to pay 600/day for the basement parking slot (total of 1,200 for our stay). Other reviews also mention parking being so costly in the area.
A major issue which I reported to Agoda was the inaccuracy of the listing. Upon booking, the title indicated free pool access for 4. But when the host sent a confirmation email, it just indicated free pool access for 2. Submitting the original booking confirmation I received, Agoda just compensated me with AgodaCash which I can use for my future booking. This was after a long exchange with their representatives.
Transparency needs to be improved by indicating that free pool access is a 1-day pass only and that guests need to pay 150/head on regular days and 300/head on holidays. Furthermore, there is a 3000-peso incidental deposit to be collected upon check-in and would be given back upon check-out and room inspection.

For those who are planning to book with Shore Residences (Seaside Blvd corner Sunrise Drive, Mall of Asia Complex, Manila), the quality of your stay would also depend on the assistance which the property owner/their coordinators would extend. Overall, ours was just okay despite a delay when we needed assistance with pool access (we had to wait for about an hour as our coordinator was in another building, and we just went back in the afternoon to swim).
